Randy is a passionate educator, actor, and communication coach who has helped thousands of students and professionals sharpen their ability to hold an audience through storytelling. No stranger to artistic vision he has over three decades of successful project completion in arts, entertainment, literature, and education—many of them national in scope.

As a Keynote Director, Randy takes the ordinary presentation and transforms it into a keynote impressive enough for Broadway. As a Speaker coach with an artistic eye he gently pushes a speaker’s boundary through rehearsal. As an education specialist he weaves essential information and effective questions into the keynote.

He shared the stage with the likes of Tony Campolo (advisor to President Clinton) and George Merritt (nominee for best actor in a Broadway musical). He helped Olympic cyclist Lori-Ann Muenzer craft her storytelling—to share the glory of her gold medal ride. Among others, Randy coached Hollywood actor Nathan Fillion (Saving Private Ryan, Lost, and Desperate Housewives) as he began to build notoriety.

Randy tells stories through many mediums: he is a published author, film producer and theatre director. He is the visionary producer/director of over forty productions—many of them national in scope. Dr Ritz has been an author and curriculum writer for Standard Publishing and has just completed producing his second independent feature length film, a super-natural thriller, called “Unfinished Business.”

Presently Randy chairs the Drama Department at Concordia University College of Alberta.
